How does it work?
The candidate completes a four-part Omnia Profile before the first interview. This allows a clearer picture of what the candidate’s personality is truly like instead of a post-interview screening that might be a summation of the information learned in the meeting. The candidate should be allowed approximately 20 minutes to complete the assessment. 

When completed, the results are sent to The Omnia Group where a trained analyst writes a report discussing the candidate’s compatibility with the position. The details of the position are created by YOU, the employer. This allows us to get an exact picture of what the duties entail, what the work environment is like, the pay scale, the hours and more. There is a benchmarking option where the candidate is compared to the existing supervisor as well as 3 top performers in the position already. We issue a recommendation, a quantitative score on a scale of 10 and a summary discussion of the candidate. 

The report contains 10 pages of information including follow-up interview questions, career placement advice, management plans for optimum performance and more in-depth discussions of the candidate’s behavioral traits. Results indicate level of drive, communication style, attention to detail, preferred pace and much more. Once hired, the individual can be managed more effectively by referring to The Profile’s motivators and management tips.
